At the beginning of the novel, Darcy's arrogance causes strong repugnance of Elizabeth. Then when Darcy finds that he is attracted by Elizabeth who is the second daughter. Arrogant Darcy proposes marriage to her, but unluckily, he is refused. With the time passing, Elizabeth is moved by what Darcy have done to her and her family.
